lowest rate available. If you find a lower rate for the same hotel and the same date, the process is easy: Submit our Guarantee Rate Form within 24 hours of ordering. We will either refund the difference or cancel the reservations.
This rate guarantee may not apply to third party bookings or special events. Amounts refunded will only be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation.

Can I change my hotel after booking? Yes. By canceling your previous reservation and booking a new reservation.
